Please remember: Your punctuality is appreciated on arriving for your appointment. We ask that you be prepared to arrive 5-10 minutes early, so that we can meet the needs of all of our clients in a timely fashion, and to guarantee that you receive your full service.

Things you need to know:

    • Retainer fees are non-refundable / non-transferable and will only be refunded at the discretion of the esthetician.
    • Arriving 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time may result in your appointment being canceled. Please contact your Esthetician if you run late.
    • Please note that if you are late to your appointment no extra time will be allotted.
    • No call no shows will not, under any circumstance, be able to book with us in the future. Please notify us if you are unable to make your appointment.
    • Please no extra guests unless servicing a couple.

Memberships:

Please note that services does not roll over to the next month. If you are a no call no show, you lose your membership with AD Beauty, LLC and there will be no refunds.
